These Terms constitute the End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) for the Service.
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing content within or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are below the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Gridilox is a spatial logic puzzle game.
Players solve puzzles by using numbered clues to determine the positions of hidden transmitters.
The Service includes several puzzle surfaces, difficulties, Daily Puzzles, generated puzzles, progress features and optional leaderboard functionality.
We may update, improve, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.
You do not need to register or create an account to play Gridilox.
Basic gameplay and locally stored progress can be used without registration.
Gridilox may allow you to create an account using supported authentication providers such as Google or Apple.
Registration is optional.
An account may provide additional functionality including:
You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google, Apple or other platform account used to authenticate with Gridilox.
Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device.
Registered users may also have certain progress and account information stored in cloud systems used by the Service.
If you delete the app, reset your device or clear application data, locally stored progress may be lost.
Cloud restoration depends upon registration, available stored data and technical availability.
Gridilox includes free playable content.
The free version currently includes a Daily Puzzle and a limited number of generated puzzles per day.
Available surfaces, difficulties, puzzle allowances and other free features may change from time to time.
We may add, remove, update or rebalance free features where reasonably necessary.
Gridilox may provide a Daily Puzzle.
The Daily Puzzle may be the same challenge for all players for a particular day.
Rules concerning attempts, scoring, timing, availability and streak eligibility may differ from generated puzzles.
The Daily Puzzle structure and rules may be modified from time to time.
Gridilox offers an optional one-time in-app purchase known as Gridilox Unlimited.
Gridilox Unlimited may unlock features including:
Gridilox Unlimited is not a subscription.
It does not renew automatically.
The purchase price is shown in the relevant app store before purchase.
We may adjust the price offered to new purchasers from time to time.
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store, including Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
We do not collect or store your payment card information.
RevenueCat may be used to validate purchases, manage Gridilox Unlimited entitlement status and support purchase restoration.
Where supported, you may be able to restore Gridilox Unlimited through the app or relevant app-store account.
Purchase restoration depends on the applicable app store, RevenueCat, your account, your device and technical availability.
You should use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Refunds are handled by the relevant app store according to its policies and applicable law.
Portfolio Software Limited does not normally issue app-store refunds directly except where required by law.
Applicable taxes, including VAT where relevant, are generally handled by the applicable app store.
Registered users may be able to participate in Gridilox leaderboards.
Leaderboard information may include username, country, Daily Puzzle results, completion times, ranking and other gameplay results.
You must not manipulate leaderboard results using cheats, modified applications, automation, exploits, false data or other unauthorised techniques.
We may remove results, restrict leaderboard participation or suspend related functionality where we reasonably believe leaderboard integrity has been compromised.
Leaderboard functionality may be changed, suspended or discontinued.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download, install and use Gridilox for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
For Apple users, use of the Service is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable Apple rules.
For Google Play users, use of the Service is subject to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
The Service, including its:
is owned by Portfolio Software Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
“Gridilox” is a trade name and/or trade mark of Portfolio Software Limited.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service except where permitted by law.
You must not use the Service to:
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
We take reasonable care in operating Gridilox but cannot guarantee that game progress, account information, leaderboard results, streaks, settings, purchase status or other saved information will always be uninterrupted or recoverable.

Some updates may be required to continue using the Service.
We may change free features, Gridilox Unlimited features, puzzle availability, surfaces, difficulties, Daily Puzzle rules or other parts of the Service where reasonably necessary.
Where you have purchased Gridilox Unlimited, we will not intentionally remove access to the purchased entitlement without good reason, except where required by law, platform requirements, misuse, technical necessity or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Support is limited to matters relating to Gridilox and related services.
We do not guarantee response times or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.
Registered users may delete or request deletion of their Gridilox account.
Account deletion may permanently remove cloud progress, Daily Puzzle history, streaks, leaderboard information and other account-linked data.
Deleting an account does not cancel or refund an app-store purchase.
Gridilox Unlimited may remain associated with the relevant Apple or Google purchase account where supported.
You may stop using Gridilox at any time.
You may uninstall the application at any time.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Portfolio Software Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers against claims, losses or liabilities resulting from:

For users of the free version of Gridilox who have not purchased Gridilox Unlimited or otherwise paid for the Service, our total liability arising from use of the Service will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to £0.
For users who have purchased Gridilox Unlimited, our total liability arising from the Service will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, not exceed the amount actually paid by that user for Gridilox Unlimited.

If a provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights or obligations where reasonably necessary, including as part of a restructuring, sale, merger or legal requirement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law allows you to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
